Seia Beauty Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Seia Beauty. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Seia Beauty currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States only.

We do not accept orders with shipping addresses outside the United States. Any order placed with a non-U.S. shipping address may be canceled and refunded.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after your order is placed and confirmed.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared and packed by our international manufacturing partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order or make changes to your shipping address, please contact us at info@seiabeauty.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order or change the shipping address.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Orders are accepted for U.S. shipping addresses only. Some products may be prepared and shipped by our international manufacturing partner before being handed over to a local U.S. carrier for final delivery.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We currently do not ship to other countries, but we hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $120 or more.

For orders under $120, a shipping fee of $7.99 will be charged at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by our shipping partner. Please allow some time for the tracking number to update after it has been issued.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping may be delayed due to factors such as weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, or other unexpected events.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at info@seiabeauty.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update the address before your order is processed or shipped.

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.

We will do our best to assist you in checking the shipment status with the carrier or our shipping partner.
