Refund policy
At Seia Beauty, we strive to provide high-quality professional nail products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, our refund policy is as follows:Â
- Hygiene & Safety (Non-Returnable Items)
- Opened or Used Products: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any gel polishes, base/top coats, or tools that have been opened, swathed, or used.Â
- Color Variance: Please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions (e.g., sunlight vs. LED lamp). This is not considered a product defect.
    2. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)
Please inspect our order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@seiabeauty.com with the following :
- Your order Number.Â
- Clear photos or a video of the damaged/wrong item.
- We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund for the faulty item at no extra cost to you.Â
3. 30-Day Return Window (Unopened Items Only)
If you change your mind, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.Â

    4. Allergic Reactions
As stated in our product guides, we strongly recommend a skin patch test before full application. While our formulas are professional-grade, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions as individual sensitivities vary. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use and consult a professional.
    5.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
